Report an issue
Technical work on the systems and the building itself is the responsibility of the resort management. We do not carry out repairs ourselves, but we can follow up on your report and keep you updated.
For everything else: call reception to open the report, then fill in this form to let us know. This way we're aware of what's happening in your accommodation and can inform the right people.
Request an extra service
Extra cleaning, linen change, extra towels or beach towels, laundry service — for malfunctions or things to fix, use the "Report an issue" section instead.

Do you own a vehicle and want to rent it out? Register as an owner — private individuals welcome too. We collect the payment and pay you the net amount every month, keeping just a 5% commission.
